The acknowledged Besson brand is usually associated with English craftsmanship but is manufactured in Germany at French-owned B&S.

As something new, the model comes with a trigger on the tuning slide. This replaces the usual trigger on the 1st slide, while the trigger on the 3rd slide is retained. The trigger on the tuning slide increases the possibilities for perfect intonation. Combined with the acoustic qualities of the instrument, the model is one of the absolute best bids for a perfect brass band cornet. Incidentally, the model is equipped with a gold brass bell and comes silver plated which gives a beautiful and durable finish.

The instrument comes with Alliance mouthpiece 2A, march lyre, valve oil, cleaning cloth and a solid hard case made of vinyl-coated veneer.
