Almost all of our products purchased in our webshop can be returned within 30 days. (See exceptions below.)
Return shipping is free of charge in Denmark, if you fill out our return form and submit the parcel to your nearest GLS Pakkeshop.

What cannot be returned?

When will I receive my money? Your payment will be refunded to the desired account or credit card 14 days at the latest after we have received the returned parcel.

What can be returned?
The condition of the product when You return it:
You are obliged to pay for the product's loss of value, due to another handling than what is required to determine the product's sort, character, and the way it works. You can try the product as in the shop, but you can't take it into use.
If the product is used beyond the above described, we consider it used, which means You by return will only get a part of or nothing of the amount paid when purchased depending on the value of the product.
