Almost all of our products purchased in our webshop can be returned within 30 days. (See exceptions below.) You can return your unwanted Christmas present until the first coming 31st of January.
Return shipping is free of charge in Denmark if you fill out our return form and submit the parcel to your Nearest PostNord postbutik/pakkeboks.

Your payment will be refunded to the desired account or credit card 14 days at the latest after we have received the returned parcel.

The right of withdrawal, goods
As a consumer, you have 30 days of the right of withdrawal when you shop in our webshop.
The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
The deadline implies that you have 30 days from receipt of the goods, to notify us that you wish to cancel your order and return them. You can send an email to email@example.com or use the standard withdrawal form that you find at the bottom of these trading terms.
You cannot regret the purchase by refusing to receive the item without giving us a notice at the same time.
Once you have informed us that you will cancel your order, you have 14 days to return the item to us.
You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are liable if damage occurs during transportation.
No right of withdrawal
The following agreements cannot be undone:
- Delivery of goods that are made to your specifications or have a distinctly personal touch.
- Unpacked reeds and harmonicas with broken sealing.
The item's condition when you return it
You will only be liable for any deterioration of the value of the product due to handling other than that necessary to determine the nature of the product, its characteristics, and the way it operates. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not take it in actual use.
If the item is tested in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the merchandise's commercial value.
Repayment of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount that you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different delivery form than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer) no later than 14 days from the day we received your message that you will cancel the agreement.
We will refund the money with the same payment method that you used at the time of the purchase unless we have agreed otherwise.
We may withhold payment until we have received the goods unless you send us documentation of the return.
When you shop with us as a consumer, you have the right to complain for 24 months.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, money back, or a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation.
You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you advertise within two months after the error is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) freight costs. The product must always be sent back in proper packaging and remember to get a receipt for shipment so that we can refund your shipping costs.
