All prices quoted are in DKK incl. 25% VAT.
On our webshop, you can pay by credit card (Dankort, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit / Cash / Direct, Visa, Visa Electron, JCB, and Maestro). You can also pay with mobile pay. We do not charge card transaction fees. The amount is first raised on your card when the item is shipped.
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:
1) we raise the amount when we send the item, or
2) until the money is released according to the agreement with your card issuer.
Shipping takes place with PostNord and costs start at 50,- DKK for shipping to Postbutik/Pakkeboks and from 70,- DKK for shipping to your address in Denmark.
Shipping costs to other countries in the EU begin at DKK 90,-
Shipping costs to countries outside the EU begin at DKK 145,-
A customs fee of DKK 125,- is included in the shipping costs for countries outside the EU.
Expected delivery time in Denmark is 1-3 business days and outside Denmark 2-8 business days - please be aware that some products are built upon order and therefore can have a delivery time of up to 12 months, which will appear from the product information.
Please note that in the case of flex delivery, the carrier has a liability while the package or letter is in its care. When the package is delivered to you or placed at the agreed place, the liability of the carrier and the shop ceases. You are then responsible if the package or letter disappears or is damaged, and you cannot claim compensation from the carrier or store.
The right of withdrawal, goods
As a consumer, you have 30 days of the right of withdrawal when you shop in our webshop.
The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
The deadline implies that you have 30 days from receipt of the goods, to notify us that you wish to cancel your order and return them. You can send an email to email@example.com or use the standard withdrawal form that you find at the bottom of these trading terms.
You cannot regret the purchase by refusing to receive the item without giving us a notice at the same time.
Once you have informed us that you will cancel your order, you have 14 days to return the item to us.
You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are liable if damage occurs during transportation.
No right of withdrawal
The following agreements cannot be undone:
- Delivery of goods that are made to your specifications or have a distinctly personal touch.
- Unpacked reeds and harmonicas with broken sealing.
The item's condition when you return it
You will only be liable for any deterioration of the value of the product due to handling other than that necessary to determine the nature of the product, its characteristics, and the way it operates. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not take it in actual use.
If the item is tested in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the merchandise's commercial value.
Repayment of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount that you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different delivery form than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer) no later than 14 days from the day we received your message that you will cancel the agreement.
We will refund the money with the same payment method that you used at the time of the purchase unless we have agreed otherwise.
We may withhold payment until we have received the goods unless you send us documentation of the return.
When you shop with us as a consumer, you have the right to complain for 24 months.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, money back, or a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation.
You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you advertise within two months after the error is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) freight costs. The product must always be sent back in proper packaging and remember to get a receipt for shipment so that we can refund your shipping costs.

We do not receive packages without distribution or packages sent per. COD.
Delivery, Services (Repair)
We can send your repaired instrument to PostNord Postbutik/Pakkeboks or your private address after repair. Prices are as follows:
Delivery to PostNord Postbutik/Pakkeboks in Denmark.
Delivery to a private address in Denmark.
The delivery time for the service is 1-3 business days after completion of the repair.
The right of cancellation, services (repair)
You have 14 days of the right of withdrawal when you shop with us as a consumer.
The deadline runs from the day the agreement was concluded.
In practice, this means that your withdrawal period expires when the service is fully delivered. You, therefore, retain your right of withdrawal while the work or delivery is on.
If you have given your consent to the work or delivery being able to start, but you still want to use your right of withdrawal, you must, however, be aware that we will charge a reasonable payment for the work that has already been delivered.
You must notify us within 14 days of the conclusion of the agreement that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be given by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone at +4533111047. In your notification, you must make clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation. You can also choose to use our standard withdrawal form and send it to us. You will find it enclosed with your order confirmation and at the bottom of this document.
Repayment of the purchase amount, services (repair)
If you regret your purchase, you will, of course, receive the amount you have deposited with us. If you have given your consent to the work or delivery being able to start, but you still want to use your right of withdrawal, please be aware that we will charge reasonable costs for the work that has already been delivered, it can be specially ordered spare parts, materials and working hours (current price per hour)
We will refund the amount to you without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we received notice of your decision to cancel this agreement. We will make such a refund with the same payment method you used in the original transaction unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise.
Warranty for Services (Repair):
If you are not satisfied with the service, you can contact us at email@example.com.
As a starting point, you do not have a 2-year warranty, as it is a service. Therefore, please contact us immediately if you experience any problems.
Disclaimer and Warranty:
We have made it easy for you to get relevant information on other websites through links. These websites are beyond our control. We can therefore in no way be held responsible for the content of these pages. Information about the ordered goods from such websites is not included in the description of the ordered goods in the agreement between you and i.K.Gottfried.
i.K. Gottfried does not provide an independent guarantee for the goods ordered, and you only obtain the guarantees that the manufacturer issues to you.
We need the following information when shopping with us:
Name, address, and email address, possibly. phone number if you want SMS notification regarding the delivery.
We register and disclose your personal information in order to deliver the item to you.
The personal information is registered with i.K.Gottfried and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We pass on your personal information to the shipping company GLS if you want your order delivered and to Golden Planet, which hosts our webshop platform. Companies treat information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.

You have the right to know what information we are dealing with about you.
If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are required to delete your personal data if you request it. It is if your data is no longer needed for the purpose for which we should use it. You can also contact us if you believe your personal data is being processed in violation of the law. If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, please contact email@example.com. If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can send a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, DK-8800 Viborg or you can complain here
To complain about goods or services, the goods or services must have a value between 1.110 DKK and 100.000 DKK. If the goods you want to complain about are clothes or shoes the value must be at least 720 DKK. To have the complaint tried a fee will be charged.
When you buy from an e-marked webshop, you can have your case tried free of charge – regardless of the amount of the goods or services complained about. Read more here
