Description

Selmer Privilege Bb clarinet

Known for their great flexibility and stability, the Privilège clarinets are being refined in aesthetics, ergonomics, and accuracy.

The keys are redesigned, and the new key orientation and the mechanical response improvement make it easier for the clarinetist to adapt to the Privilege.

The Privilège clarinets are exceptionally stable in tuning and perfectly adaptable to all acoustics (opera, symphony, harmony, room, studio), and blend easily with other instruments. The perfect medium register (E, F, F, F#, G) wins in brightness and timbre and makes Privilege an extremely homogeneous instrument over the whole range. In addition, most of the notes do not require correction keys or special fingerings to be fair and in tune.

Raw ebony wood is selected, worked delicately, naturally treated, varnished and waterproof for protection and a top-of-the-range finish, completed by fine engravings on keys and rings.

This is included:

  • Two barrels (64,5 mm & 65,5 mm)
  • Selmer mundstykke (C85/120)
  • Selmer PRiSme Case
