Moeck Ehlert 5343 alto recorder

Moeck alto recorder made from Castello boxwood. The instrument maker Ralf Ehlert is renowned among professional recorder players and has produced several famous models in collaboration with Moeck, e.g Ehlert alto and tenor recorders and the Hotteterre models in both 415Hz and 440Hz.

The Ehlert series has a larger bore and is designed to provide more volume, which make these recorders ideal for playing where volume and projection is integral - for example duets for recorder and piano.
