Bach 17043GY Bb trumpet
Bach 17043GY Bb trumpet
The Bach 170 series trumpet is a modern version of an original model by Vincent Bach. While the Stradivarius is known for its iconic one-piece bell, Bach's original Apollo design had a two-piece bell, which can again be found on this model. The new 170 series professional trumpet features the same valve block as the world-famous 180 series trumpet. The result is an instrument to suit the modern trumpet player of any style.
The 17043GY features a two-piece 43 bell with a gold brass stem and a yellow brass flare. The unique combination of materials results in a sound that has the depth and richness you associate with gold brass, with the brilliance and luster of yellow brass. Built on a one-piece ML .459” brass valve body, the same as Bach's 180 series, it features a lightweight body with brass inner and outer braces and brass Z-braces. The model has been modernized with a new “6-style” standard tuning slide for exceptionally fast response and easy playing.
