Description
The reed trimmer is a tool for maintenance of your Vandoren alto saxophone reed. You carefully place your reed on the trimmer, adjust it, and cut the tip off. This increases the strength of the reed and rid you of any damages inflicted on the tip. This way, reeds that are slightly damaged, or simply too soft to play, can be easily salvaged.
The reed trimmer is available in two different models:
- For Traditional, Java and V12
- For Red Java, ZZ and V16
